The Reaver

I built
this in response to an informal community challenge issued by somebody on
the Model
Cars Magazine discussion board that I frequent. The ongoing challenge
is to build a "Post Apocolyptic" vehicle of any kind using whatever kit remnants
you might have in your "spare parts box." Many of the entries seemed to lean
toward the "heavy assault" vehicle types. Vehicles bristling with rockets,
missiles, machine guns and cannons and draped with heavy plate armor. I wanted to do something a bit different, so I kitbashed the front of a 58 Chevy Impala and the back of a 57 Chevy Belair to make the Reaver, a Post Apocolyptic Dirt Track Racer.
