I filled the holes in the bumper using the "stretched sprue" method. A piece of plastic sprue is heated over a candle and gently stretched until the thickness of the sprue matches the diameter of the hole. The stretched area usually has a bit of a taper so when it's cut and inserted into the hole it caps the hole nicely after it is trimmed.
